Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes (but is not limited to) personal preferences regarding scent, size, texture, or any skin reactions.

Shipping Disclaimer
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are no longer responsible for it. This includes lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.
We track every order and provide tracking info via email once your order ships.

Chargeback Policy
