Product Use Disclaimer

Some of our products contain skin-safe, phthalate-free fragrance oils in addition to natural essential oils. These fragrance oils are proprietary blends provided by trusted suppliers. Full INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) disclosures may not be publicly available, but all fragrances used meet cosmetic safety standards.

It is the customer’s responsibility to read the full ingredient list before purchasing. If you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or medical concerns, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare provider and performing a patch test before full use.

All products are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Children’s Use Warning

Our products are not formulated for use on infants or children under the age of 3. Always consult a pediatrician before applying any skincare or body care product to young children.

Allergy Warning

Our products contain natural ingredients including, but not limited to, coconut oil, goat milk, sweet almond oil, and essential oils. They are made in a facility that also handles tree nuts, eggs, and fish-derived ingredients. Vanteal Soap is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other effects resulting from the use of our products.

Color-Treated Hair Disclaimer

While our formulas are made with gentle, natural ingredients, we do not guarantee compatibility with color-treated, bleached, or chemically processed hair. A strand test is recommended before full application to the scalp or hair.

Pets Disclaimer

Our products are formulated for human use only. Certain ingredients — including essential oils, fragrance oils, and botanicals — may be harmful to animals if inhaled, ingested, or absorbed. Keep all products out of reach of pets. Vanteal Soap is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from use on or around animals.

Terms of Sale & No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes—but is not limited to—personal preferences regarding scent, texture, size, or color; skin sensitivity or allergic reactions; general dissatisfaction; or misuse and improper storage.

Shipping Policy

Once your package has been marked as shipped and handed to the postal carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Vanteal Soap is no longer responsible for any shipping delays, damage, loss, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues. Tracking details are provided via email once your order is shipped.

Chargeback Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to our no refund and no chargeback policy. All items are handmade, personal care products and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

You agree not to dispute or charge back any transaction for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Personal dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or appearance

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

• Shipping delays, damage, or loss

• Claims of unauthorized use after confirmed delivery

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms. In the event of a dispute, Vanteal Soap will provide the payment processor with:

• A copy of this Chargeback Policy

• Product descriptions and full ingredient list

• Order confirmation and delivery tracking

• Proof of your agreement to these terms at checkout

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Fresno County, California.

Acknowledgment of Terms & Release of Liability

By adding items to your cart and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to Vanteal Soap’s Terms of Service, No Refund Policy, and Product Disclaimers. You understand that all sales are final, and you agree to use our products at your own risk.

By purchasing from Vanteal Soap, you also agree to release and hold harmless Vanteal Soap and its owner from any and all liability, claims, or legal responsibility arising from the use or misuse of our products. This includes—but is not limited to—allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, dissatisfaction, improper use, and any unintended outcomes. You accept full responsibility for ensuring the suitability of any product before using it.
